Hey Kay & Co. 🤍 ← Back to the site

READ BY A HUMAN — ME

Ask me the thing you’d Google at 2am.

Fried hair, skin that stopped cooperating, makeup questions — or what selling this stuff is actually like. Before you answer, know this: some questions end with me telling you not to buy anything. That answer is on the table, and I’ll give it to you straight.

What's this about?

Pick what fits. "All of it" is a real answer too.

Goes straight to my inbox — not a ticket system, not a list.

Got it — it’s in my inbox. I’ll get back to you at the email you gave me. 🤍

Hmm, that didn’t go through. Email me directly at heykayandco@gmail.com and I’ll answer just the same.

The questions people are actually thinking

You’re going to try to sell me something, aren’t you?

It seems like you’ve been burned by "just ask me anything!" pages before — fair. Here’s the deal: I do sell what I use. But a recommendation you can’t trust is worthless to both of us, so if the right answer is "use up what you have" or "that’s a drugstore fix," that’s the answer you get. I’d rather lose a sale than have you stop believing me.

What’s the catch?

There isn’t one — which I know is exactly what someone with a catch would say. So here’s the whole transaction: you ask, I answer, free. No list you’re quietly added to, no "just following up!" emails. If my answer helps and you buy something someday, great. If not, you got a free answer and I got practice.

How fast do you actually answer?

Two boys, a business, and a laundry chair with seniority — so: usually within a day or two, sometimes same-day, occasionally life wins. But every question gets an answer from me, not an autoresponder. If it’s been three days, something caught fire (possibly dinner). Nudge me.

What's "the business side" mean?

I sell through Monat, and some people are curious what that’s really like — not the highlight-reel posts, the actual version: what it costs, what it pays, what nobody puts on Instagram. Ask and I’ll tell you both halves. Most people who ask don’t join — and for most people, that’s the right call.

Can I just DM you instead?

Sure — @heykayandco everywhere. Just know DMs are where questions go to get buried. This form is the VIP line: it lands in my inbox with your details already organized, which means you get a better answer, faster.
